- If you manage people, how would they respond to this question? Are they job hunting behind your back, or are they totally committed to your company, inspired by your leadership?
- If you are HR, are you feeling under pressure? Are staff not performing as they could do? Are line managers coming to you to sort their problems out? Have you been asked to implement developmental strategies for members of staff, but are not sure where to start.
- Are you an individual member of staff who is experiencing stress at work and receiving very little support from your manager? This is the time to review your own personal strategy.
